So this month I should be able to get the airfare and hotel bookings done and paid for. Leaving only waiting for the day for the tickets to UFC 174 to go on sale, of which I am predicting a late April date for them going on sale to the general public. UFC fight club members get early access to tickets apparently, something like 2 or 3 days earlier.
So after 1 month of a tight budget, I will have tickets to the Rogan show the night before the UFC, the return trip airfare, and 3 nights at a hotel paid for. And all under budget so far, which is impressive.
Been such a good year for me so far, and this will be icing on the cake. Basically a very late birthday gift.
