Hearts in Atlantis

I didn’t like the novella “Hearts in Atlantis” that much, I listened to the story and just bore it out. It doesn’t have a direct connection to the Dark Tower or at least not enough of one for me. Stephen King does the narration for the story and I didn’t like it too much either, I didn’t like his narration for “Wind Through the Keyhole” either that much.

However, “Low Men in Yellow Coats” was excellent and liked it a lot. I definitely appreciate Ted Brautigan’s story here because of how much I like the Dark Tower series. William Hurt narrates the story and I thought he did a good job.

I’ve read up on the other stories and they seem to have a bit more to do with the Dark Tower or at the very least the very interesting story told in “Low Men in Yellow Coats.”

I’m interested in listening to the rest of the stories, which are: “Blind Willie”, “Why We Are In Vietnam”, and “Heavenly Shades of Night Are Falling.”
